  4. If during the coordination of technical and financial conditions the arrangement is achieved, process of budget works and signings of the contract begins.
  5. Experts of the company make the detailed technical project, the schedule of made works, the design - budget documentation according to requirements of building norms and rules (СНИП), and also turnkey contracts according to results of an expert estimation.
  6. The advance payment the customer of cost of works and the beginning of repair work.
  7. If during the contractual period the customer decides to make changes to the coordinated project, our experts will operatively make and will coordinate to the client additional agreements and estimates for above permitted standard works.
  8. It is possible to count last stage signing of the acceptance report of delivery of works and final settlement according to treaty provisions.
